As photographers we’re a group of very mixed ability. Ranging from beginners to award winners. We meet at Etching Hill Village Hall (by the Tennis Club) on Monday afternoons 1.45-3.45. Socialising is a most important part of our sessions. We’re serious about photography but determined to have fun whilst we’re learning, often from one another.
We welcome new members. Don’t feel intimidated. There’s no such thing as a stupid question at our meetings. These cover a wide spectrum of topics from camera basics to mounting photographs to editing images and the software used for creating presentations and audio-visual story books.
Once a month we review one anothers’ photographs and if possible organise an off-site visit to interesting places where we can put our learnings to the test.
Do bring your cameras, lenses, tripods etc! Every meeting starts with a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit!
