Tai Chi will close for the Christmas period on Wednesday 12th
December 2018, the last Friday session is 14th December 2018 and the
group will re-open on Wednesday 9th January 2019.
Tai Chi –
Our friendly Tai Chi group benefits from a professional tutor at a varying cost of £10 to £15 per (10) sessions. We meet at Sheepfair for our tutor class, on Wednesday morning at 9.30am to 10.30am and on Friday 2pm to 3pm, for our practice class. Tai chi is a relaxing exercise for the mind & body. It helps to relieve stress, improve balance, bone strength & mobility.
We would love to welcome new members but, we do have a full class at present. We will review this in the near future, so please watch this space.
As much as we love to encourage folk to join our friendly group we are sorry to say that our tutor is unable to welcome any more newcomers to the beginners section at the present time. Please keep watching this space for further updates if you are interested in joining us, or leave us your contact details and we will get in touch with you when our current beginners have joined the rest of the group.
