November already and the committee are busy sorting out the Christmas coffee morning. We have a group of ukulele players coming to entertain us, Bonkers Bingo with new balls and a bingo board made for us by a Phoenix member Alan Shaw. You are welcome to dress your table. Coffee and mince pies all for £1 we are at Sheepfair on Thursday 21st December. 10 a.m.

A big thank you to all who joined our ‘Danceathon’ once again the line dancers and sequence dancers had a get-together on a Saturday night. The door money and raffle raised £182.50 which we paid into Phoenix, but most of all it was a lovely night and we are already getting requests for another one.

Phoenix member numbers are slowly on the increase and most of the activities are busy. New membership starts in January 2024, until then new members are welcome to join in any activities or coffee mornings and just pay the £1.
