Pilates has been cancelled due to lack of support.
We are a new group which meets every Wednesday at Brereton and Ravenhill Parish Hall from 11am to 12 noon. The sessions are open to all members both male and female.
The only equipment you need to bring is an exercise mat.
All abilities welcome.
